About the Chef
Chef James Beck has been pleasing people around the U.S. and the world with his flavorful cuisine for almost 25 years. After serving as Executive Chef for the press building at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008, Chef Beck decided it was time to settle down in Tulsa, Oklahoma and open his own restaurant. After a few years of planning, Becks Fresh Mediterranean is now open and features cuisine from European countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea, specifically France, Italy, Spain and Greece.
